Can Someone Please Explain to Me...?
What are the (presumably Chinese-language) spamming comments all about? I'm wondering if perhaps a few seemingly idle blogs are singled out for clandestine communication. Could it be criminal? Political?

Ah, I believe I saw one of those this morning myself. Very annoying. I've been getting a bunch that are longish sentences of nonsensical language. They pass the captcha, so some human must be bothering to do this I guess. I also get a lot that are generic sentences like, "The webmaster has a great blog. Thanks so much for the thoughtful post." But then the email address gives it away as spam.
