Dunno yet-- I just made jacket potato, cheese and beans with corn-on-the-cob on the side for the girls -- they are downstairs eating and watching Northanger Abbey on TV while I'm upstairs online. Trying to put off the eating decision till later -- but I did notice a packet of peas in the fridge earlier so maybe that? ;-)
Both meals sound good! The potatoes with cheese and beans sound interesting...I've never come across the description before...Am I correct in assuming that the potatoes are baked and then stuffed with a blend of beans and cheese? It sounds hearty and delicious.
The potatoes are baked, and you separately cook a can of baked beans. You cut open the potato when it is cooked, then add butter (optional!), a few spoonfuls of beans, and then grated cheddar cheese on top. Not my favourite way of eating a jacket potato but the girls love it, and it is a very popular combination in fast food joints over here.

Breaded, baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes & gravy w/biscuits.

I also like the sound of Kimmy's baked chicken!
