Debra and Tom have suggested that we're wiping our bottoms with sandpaper up here in the North! Take a look, folks. We're got all the amenities and we're not paying outrageous prices for them either.

When I was in high school, one of my friend's mother was obsessed with stocking up on toilet paper. I think they eventually had her put away. :D
I wouldn't argue the need for a little psychiatric attention, however I AM an excellent provisioner. We never run out of ANYTHING and most of our consumables are sale-priced. I don't shop, I 'warehouse' and my pantry is a jaw-dropper!
I had assumed that 25 cents per roll was a bargain price but I found out that it is quite extravagent. I bought an earth friendly brand (100% recycled paper) at Whole Foods (which is a fairly exprensive store) and it was only 16 cents per roll.
You've got good prices then, Tom! The absolute maximum I pay is twenty-five cents Canadian (which at today's rate of exchange equals twenty-two cents U.S.). Walmart has an anniversary sale this week with Charmin on for nineteen point five cents (converts to seventeen cents U.S.). That's about as good a price as you'll get in Canada I think. Then we have to add thirteen percent tax to our price.
