I think Minx should consider a project like this one: YouTube - Crazy Tuesday grades are due soon... These are teachers performing a (fairly long) rap number with students as extras. You've got to give these guys credit - I'll bet they're considered the 'coolest' teachers in the school.

Bet they're not, but they are very funny and the rap is very true about education today.
And Susan, I really think the you ought to change the name of your blog. In over your head - I don't think so. I see your comments all over the place, advice about this and that (berry sugar?)and a variety of juicy morsels on your blog. I am thinking that you would have been one of the coolest teachers in school!
